Condo vacation rentals in Avène

We spent a week in this home and were very satisfied. The accommodation is well maintained and the kitchen is very functional. Everything is within walking distance. I would like to point out that the person who takes care of the rentals is very nice and above all very responsive, everything is well notified in the accommodation and especially before arrival!!!! A wonderful guest book is available to see everything in detail, well done Ingrid! Looking forward to staying with you again to spend a wonderful week by the sea. 🪼🐙⛴️🌊

I am very satisfied with my stay at Jacqueline's studio. It is very well equipped. She is a very welcoming and caring host. The accommodation is right in front of a bus stop that serves the train station and places to visit. It's also a 5-minute walk to the beach, it's great. I plan to rent this studio again on an upcoming visit to Sète.

Apartment ideally located close to all amenities (shops, harbor walk, beaches, etc...) The place was spotless, true to description and photos, very clean. Alexia was very responsive to every solicitation. To be recommended without hesitation

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room in the apartment. The kitchen had all the things we needed. We will stay there again in the future.

Nice flat, clean, well furnished, close to the beach ( few meters). Nice beach restaurant close.

Very nice accommodation, close to the beaches 10 minutes by pedestrian path and close to the port 15 - 20 minutes walk via the alley of the stroll. Easy to find , the concierge service is convenient because you don't have stress before arrival because we plan an appointment in advance and it's quite flexible.

A very nice apartment, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The terrace is really nice. It is located in a very cute small residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches, the port. Meze is a very nice little village. We had a lovely stay and we will remember this place. Thank you for the warm welcome and availability. We are delighted!

very good address on Marseillan! close to the center ( 4 min by bike!) and apparently very functional and clean, as described. a key box for arrival... clear instructions to guide us and Brigitte had everything available for our baby and even left breakfast. very convenient! Thank you again!

Beautiful very well-equipped accommodation with a great location next to all amenities, bars, restaurants, harbor, beaches, post office, banks, etc. The private location for parking is a real plus. The instructions are clear and accurate. Katia is proactive if you need it and always with good tips and recommendations. I highly recommend it, and hopefully see you soon.

The accommodation is impeccable with all the necessities for medium-term stays. Close to the port and sufficiently set back so as not to experience the ups and downs of the summer period, it allows quick access to all the entertainment. Albert is a friendly and attentive host.

Small but very well located accommodation, close to the beaches and bike path nearby that allowed you to go to other less crowded beaches. We also really enjoyed the air conditioning and the loggia. Bus next door also to make it easier to get to the city of Sète. Very beautiful area and Virginia recommended us visits and restaurants to do thank her and her friend for hosting us. Very good stay in Cap d 'Agde! Well equipped apartment, with a small pleasant terrace to enjoy the sun. Everything you needed to cook was on site, and the space was clean and well kept. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a great off-season stay at Anne-Cecile’s with our 2 year old. Anne-Cecile was very responsive and the house was clean.

It was a great time. Very nice view from the balcony mother. Not a single neighborhood noise that disturbs you (it was out of season). I really liked the easy access (entrance/exit) by car and the garage basement which is huge. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment, on the port of Cap d 'Agde with a magnificent view. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities ( oven, dishes, hob and a laundry dryer). The apartment itself is superb, tastefully furnished and very well maintained. I would highly recommend.
