Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.

This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Lakefront Cabin Big Averill Lake Vermont

Escape and experience off grid camping with no electricity, phone. (ATT cell phone users usually have great reception) , or internet in a very beautiful but easily accessible old style family cabin on Big Averill lake. Running water and showers if spring water is available. The water is shut off mid October for the winter but local water pump source .7 mile away all year.
