In the heart of Gordes, this superb 17th-century house has been fully renovated. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the Luberon. With historic architecture, high ceilings, and a stone water basin that stays at 12°C, the house is ideally located near shops in a lively village. Charming, quiet and comfortable duplex located in the heart of the old center in the artists' district, right next to Les Halles gourmet market (7 min walk to the Palais des Papes and the Avignon Bridge). The 70 m2 apartment with a ceiling height of 5 m is air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 that can be combined into a bed of 180). The large living room with its open kitchen has a sofa bed with bed base and mattress (comfort of a bed).

Close to the Palais des Papes (5 min walk), the Pont d'Avignon (10 min walk), the Opéra d'Avignon (100 m), the Place de l'Horloge. Fully renovated, it has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Free parking (except July) for one car (card). You will have access to restaurants, shops, theatres, museums, an aquatic complex "la Palmeraie" (15 min walk).
