Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. Smoking of cigarettes, marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

You get 2000 sq/ft and a beautiful 1/4 acre yard and patio to yourself. No gatherings are permitted. We only allow 6 overnight guests and no more than 8 people on the property at once regardless of age.

OUR STUDIO IS NOW NEWLY REMODELED THROUGH-OUT!!! It is very bright and airy with large view filled windows, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Pots, pans, utensils, spices are available. It sleeps 4 (2x adults + 2x children) comfortably and is completely detached from the main house over a garage, with a private porch. The studio is equipped with a keypad for entry.
