Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.
