Family-friendly vacation rentals in Avon Park

Loved our stay at this perfect home! We were there during the hurricane and it kind of changed our vacay plans to go out to the parks/beach but being at the house was definitely a big come up. We had lots of fun in the pool and in the game room! Will book again next year for our yearly trip for sure!

Everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful. The home is very well stocked. The owner was amazing and was really helpful. He was just a wonderful Airbnb host from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

Such a relaxing place to stay! We loved the area, the water and walking paths under the trees. The community is quiet, and we biked around it for miles. The pool is fun and the water temp stays perfect. The villa is cute and neat as a pin. We had coffee on the lanai every morning, and slept great in the bed. Laundry available to us was also a plus! Kitchen is little but has everything you could need. We cooked and ate in for most meals, but also found a couple of great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place. We all had a fantastic time. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Even when I questioned the barbecue being somewhat unuseable. Maurice didn’t hesitate, we had a brand new one the next day. Now that’s a super Host!

Safe feeling in neighborhood. Close to many lakes from 10 min to 1 hour or two away if taking a boat. Our guys took a boat and fished all week while the girls laid by the pool at the house. It was fabulous. You will need to take chairs to layout in if you’re not in the pool. The only downside was it was 40-60 min from any major restaurants and Walmart. Juanita is great host and communicates quickly and very friendly.

This is a fantastic place. Spacious, and great outdoor pool area. The house was very very clean and it had everything we needed. It is located minutes from grocery stores and restaurant, and day trips to Tampa and Orlando was also a plus. We would not hesitate to recommend this house. Justyna is great and responded to our emails very quickly.

Denise's home was exactly like the pictures. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. access to one if the bathrooms from the pool was a great feature. the neighborhood is on a beautiful golf course with lots of walking available. Walmart and Winn Dixie are both very close to walk to. Having a grill available was a big plus for us!

Where do we begin… I will always think of this home as a special place to our family. We stayed here for a few months while our home was being completed. The hosts were the most kind and respectful people. I will always recommend this home to everyone. So sad to leave the island but I’m so thankful for the grounds keepers and hosts for allowing us to stay as long as we did. My family is truly thankful and will be back. Thank you

We had a great 1 night stay! The place was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our group. Very short drive to Legoland. I would stay here again. Also, we left a stuffed animal that meant a lot to our child. The host kindly sent it back to us. Thank you!

The house was all we needed for a trip to Legoland with two kids. The pool in the back was a nice bonus at the end of the day. Super responsive hosts, which we appreciated a lot. To the extent we would alert any potential bookers about a potential flaw: The kitchen has the equipment you need for simple meals/coffee, though cooking a real dinner for a family might be a challenge. That wasn't a problem for us, but if you tend to eat most of your travel meals at home and they require more than the most basic items, then you might have to get a bit creative. Again: not a major issue for us and not a complaint, just a flag for certain travelers.

Great location for spring training baseball trip. Could easily walk to the ballpark. Restaurants and shopping nearby. House was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen set up for cooking meals. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Julie was a fantastic host! The house was spectacular and looked exactly as the pictures showed. Super clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and close to multiple store. Everything was great, and I would 1000% recommend staying here.

Beautiful home! We loved every single second. The neighbourhood was so quiet and peaceful. We loved our walks every morning and our days by the pool. Michel was very friendly and very responsive if we needed him. Looking forward to staying here again! Exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in the home for a month. I can't say enough how wonderful Linda and Phil were. Their communication from start to finish was fantastic! They are wonderful hosts! The home was exactly as described and the pictures of the home are 100% accurate. It's a beautiful home! You can definitely tell that the owners of the home take great pride in their home. This is evident in the beautiful unique things that you will see throughout their home. The Gated Community is wonderful and very safe. I walked every morning and felt very comfortable. It's a wonderful, clean, beautiful Gated Community. We would not hesitate to return to this Community, home and Linda and Phil as our hosts in the future. My stay was excellent and the location met all of my needs. The unit is homey and comfortable with everything I needed.

sleeps 6 is accurate but a bit of a stretch. beds i. second room are small, couch and recliner are old and worn BUT... it is 100% clean and what we needed. communication was great and check in was super easy. I'd definitely stay there again. it could just use an update in some areas.

House was great for our stay. Well maintained, had everything you needed and beds were comfortable. The pool was a perfectly warm temperature that you could get in any time of the day in December. Very well kept and would stay there again!

Myself and my family really enjoyed our in this lovely villa, which is in the most beautiful setting overlooking the golf course. Titan was extremely responsive to all messages and super helpful, which was amazing and we appreciated so much during our stay. Everything was as advertised, and worked great for our family - we loved the games room. Check in was simple, and the guards at the gate were great too! Everyone in the neighbourhood is super friendly, which makes the stay even better. Really recommend staying here. Fantastic villa and fantastic host. The only thing I’d say is the baby equipment - cot/high chair is a bit dated/dusty so I’d recommend bringing your own if needed! Thanks again for our wonderful stay!!

Graham was a gracious, friendly and helpful host. The two problems we encountered on the first day were immediately attended to. Graham personally came to the house to fix a blind that we had moved up too far and did not know how to pull down. The hairdryer did not work too well and Graham personally offered to purchase a new one of my choice and even offered for me to take it home. I declined his generous offer but was impressed with his concern for my satisfaction. I highly recommend this property and would definately stay here again when in the area. Thank you Graham we had a wonderful experience.

The property was comfortable and met our needs. We had a couple of problems with smoke detectors which were dealt with quickly when we contacted Anna. All of our questions were responded to quickly, Anna and Manny were very friendly.
