Savoyard cottage facing Lake Geneva

Charmant chalet savoyard centenaire à Amphion-les-bains. Préservé avec authenticité. Proche des stations de ski comme Bernex, Morzine en hiver et à 200m des plages du Léman en été. Commerces du village, dont Super U, boulangerie, boucherie artisanale à 5 minutes à pied. Le chalet est situé face au Parc Maxima et sa célèbre source, assurant une eau fraîche et pure toute l'année. Le lac est à 2 minutes à pied. Possibilité d'accueillir une septième personne s'il s'agit d'un(e) enfant.

Growing Olive

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. The Mazot Olive is a small period chalet completely renovated and decorated to the taste of the day, perfect for a stay as a couple or with a child. Upon entering, we discover a kitchen with a bistro table and a small convertible. Going down the miller's ladder, we get to the bedroom and its small bathroom The mazot benefits from a garden with a real wood-fired Nordic bath, a dining table, barbecue and 2 sunbeds.

Mazot les Tines with hot tub

Mazot Les Tines is a cosy little hideaway straight out of Hansel and Gretel. A small chalet for a couple or family with young children. Situated between Chamonix and Argentiere in the village of Les Tines, it is well placed for skiing at both Les Grands Montets and Flégère-Brévent, and in the summer with the River Arve running close by, the perfect starting point for country walks. Relax in the hot tub at the end of your day! Sorry, no dogs.

Mazot Mélèze, a small cabin in Les Praz

The Mazot Mélèze is one of our two newly renovated cabins. It is located in Les Praz (a village 2km from Chamonix). The little building has been fitted with a modern kitchenette, shower, toilet and a comfortable queen bed. But we made sure to keep that old charm by preserving the original wood inside. The cabin is nestled amongst high pine trees, right next to the forest; while also being easily accessible and close to the centre of Chamonix.

Ernestine's Cabin

Located in a green setting on the edge of the forest (at the bottom of my garden!), Ernestine's Cabin, named after the former owner, welcomes you all year round. Typical Savoyard warm decor, a timeless place... only 10 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. Also at your disposal, a microwave, a steam cooker (no stove), a coffee maker and a kettle, as well as a fridge. Quiet, nature and serenity assured!

Renovated old mazot

In the CHAMONIX valley, above the village of Les Houches, at the edge of the Aillouds ski slope, we restored, on 2 levels, an old grain mazot. Ideally located, it overlooks the valley and offers breathtaking views of Mont Maudit, all the way to the Fiz range. In summer, located close to the Mont Blanc tour itinerary, this mazot gives access to many hikes and in winter you can leave and return ski-in/ski-out.

It is equipped with a shower area – toilet and a mini kitchen, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer and essentials Close by is the beautiful Lake Passy, the ski slopes are 15 minutes away.
