This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The apartment of 28m2 is entirely renovated. It has a double bedroom (140/200) with storing space. The living room has a confortable sofa (that can convert into a sleeping twin bed), a TV, an internet WIFI. The kitchen is equipped of one microwave, of a dishwasher, refrigerator, sticks vitreous ceramic and electric hob. The bedlinen and towels are included for the winter (for stays of more than 3 nights and 10€/person for summer and shorts stays). Bike aren't accepted in the apartment.

La station est sans voiture et de par sa situation à 1800m d'altitude, elle est considérée snow safe. Superette, commerces et restaurants au pied de la résidence, boulangerie à proximité. ESF et centre du village avec cinéma, bowling et parc aquatique sont à deux pas de l'appartement. Départ/retour skis aux pieds.

Warm, cocooning and quiet apartment while being in the middle of the resort. This 27 m² apartment has been fully renovated for 4 adults and 1 child. It is located on the 6th floor of the Datcha building, facing south, includes a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. All amenities are less than 5 min away (the Aquariaz pool right next to the building). Avoriaz 1800 is a lovely pedestrian and family resort.

AVORIAZ Spend a dream vacation in this 2 room apartment, freshly renovated, warm and very well-equipped for 4 people. A 5-minute walk from the center of the resort and its many shops, you are at the foot of the slopes, close to bars, restaurants and ski lifts. Idéalement situé dans un angle, cet appartement plus grand que la moyenne des T2 de cette résidence, vous garantira une luminosité exceptionnel et une double exposition . La résidence fontaine blanche est très apprécié pour sa proximité des parking, de l'hyper centre du village et du départ ski au pied.
