An old house, but clean and authentic, in a gigantic wooded park. A peaceful oasis between Angers and Saumur.

Second stay at Natacha's to finish a role-playing game session started in September. Ideal place to meet with (old) friends, looking forward to coming back for the beautiful days and enjoying the terrace :)

Great stay at Cécile's house by the Loire! The house is very nice, tastefully decorated, very clean, the large kitchen is very functional for preparing meals and eating there. The house was well heated. Thanks to Cécile's mom who welcomed us very warmly and showed us around the house. Thanks to Cécile for her responsiveness to messages and advice.

The accommodation matches the photos very well. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished, we had a great time there with 17 adults. The welcome is perfect, our hosts were very nice and available.

Very well located, quiet accommodation as described. Michel was super nice: prepared us a full fridge of drinks and butter as well as fruit and a very tasty homemade cake.

Nothing to say. The accommodation is nicely decorated, clean and well-equipped. The garden is maintained and quiet with open views of the fields. Myriam is a very pleasant and available host. We'll be happy to go back!

Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, very well-connected city center (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small friendly terrace in good weather. We will surely return to the beautiful city of Angers and Philippe's airbnb if we can.

Well arranged apartment, very pleasant, clean, bright, in a very quiet residence. Nicolas very responsive to the phone and by message. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, intelligently arranged. Arrival without problem, with a lockbox if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without asking) to pick me up and drop off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Attention for people with limited mobility, the staircase to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) is very steep.

We stayed one night with Maryvonne and her husband for a family party in the area. The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched the description, impeccable bedding and comfortable bed, the accommodation is simple but the small terrace pleasant, and there was everything we needed. Maryvonne and her husband welcomed us warmly. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely studio, very well arranged and equipped. Although located in the center, it is very quiet, and the loft bed is really original and nice, in the cabin spirit:) We were hosted very well by Julie. Even though I was very often away from the accommodation for appointments, every moment in the accommodation with the terrace was peaceful! Convenient, quiet accommodation, close to the banks of Maine, the park and the tram to get to the center. Perfect before tackling September :) See you soon and thank you for hosting us.

Very clean apartment, very well arranged, fully equipped, very well decorated and very well located! The bedding is quality. The free parking spaces right in front of the apartment are really a plus. Very warm welcome by Sylvie and Anthony! It feels good. The apartment is very clean and functional. And above all, it is very well located. Tram stop right next to the apartment and beautiful walks along the banks of Maine nearby. And in addition, the excellent Carmelite bakery is just at the end of the street. A treat!

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

Had a great time at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described: the impeccable cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding and the neat decoration immediately put me at ease. The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference.
