Modern house on a sea plot with private jetty, secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

The magazine in Tuna, has finally come back to life! Newly renovated and decorated to be able to offer cozy accommodation in the countryside. Come a long weekend with friends, cook around the kitchen island or book a private dinner in the "Farm House". It is a beautiful environment where you are happy to take walks, a bike ride or swim in Mälaren. The magazine is secluded from the host's residence, with its own driveway. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Varmt välkommen till Lill-stugan. Här har du skogen och de vilda djuren inpå knutarna. Titta ut genom fönstret och kanske ser du några hjortar som går och betar. På sommaren är det får och lamm precis intill stugan som går i sina hagar. Intill stugan ligger vår egen lilla sjö. Låna roddbåten och ro ut en sväng. Fixa grillning nere vid sjöstugan. Promenera i skogen. Åk till Kvarnsjön och bada ca 1 km från stugan.

Bright apartment on a rural farm

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn, this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children living on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We don't have other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
