Peaceful and quiet studio located 3 miles south of Ayden. 15 minutes south of greenville/ winterville. country setting 700 ft from Hwy 11. 1/4 mile from a large flea market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Ruku smart 43" 4k UHD TV, 34"x 48" large shower. 36" high vanity. 4'x5' closet. I strive to keep my cleanliness standards above industry standards. Remote controlled heating/air-conditioning. TV is swivel mounted on the wall. Towels, washcloths, dishes , silverware. soaps .6'x12' Porch .

Country Lane Cabin

Country Lane Cabin is a quiet, peaceful place nestled in the trees. Perfect for couples! Relax in the shade of the front porch or warm up by the fire pit in the patio. Amenities include small fridge and microwave, toaster, and coffee pot with fresh ground local coffee. Firewood is also provided for the fire pit. Please do not bring your pets. No smoking or vaping, and no loud music or parties. No TV and no Wi-Fi, but cell service is usually good.

Original Washington "Caboose, etc."

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.

This cozy studio cottage is a comfortable living space for guests. It is completely separate from the main home. Enjoy a large walk-in shower, washer/dryer, queen bed or single day bed, large desk, 50” SmartTV, and WiFi. This space is clean and well-equipped with everything you need to be and feel at home. This space has a maximum of 2 people and is not child friendly!
