A spacious one bedroom apartment in a perfect location in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere - the central bus station 2 minutes away, Herzl Street, the Independence Square, the city market, the Sharon mall and the beaches of Netanya - are all within walking distance, and also all the main streets (Smilansky, Shmuel Hanatziv, Herzl, Binyamin Boulevard). The apartment is bright, spacious and very cozy and is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The street is bustling during the daytime, but the apartment windows are not in the front and there is no noise. In the evening the street is very quiet. Mosel parking lot from 14.00 is opposite. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary :) **There is no shelter (or security room) in the building**

* There are enough bedsheets and towels for 5 people. The main bathroom is very spacious. A door from the main bathroom leads to the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and cleaning tools. * The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking and eating utensils that are needed. The kitchen opens up to a dinning area and a living room with a large sliding door connecting to a balcony overlooking Moshav Tsofit (The apartment is located on the 6th floor). * The apartment is fully furnished and has central air-conditioning capable of cooling in the summer or heating in the winter.

As of 31.08.2025 there is construction in the adjacent property and therefore the price is low (noise is expected during daytime hours). The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city to the G Mall and the Oshiland Mall. Separate entrance. Unit space 110 sqm. There are stairs at the entrance. We have a list of babysitting services if needed. Adjacent to the unit is free parking.
