Vacation rentals with breakfast in Azuay

We stayed in Aaron and Alla’s apartment for a four-day trip to Cuenca and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location is right in the middle of the city and we walked everywhere as we explored. We arrived a little earlier than planned and Alla accommodated us and helped us get checked in. She graciously showed us around and even stopped by a little later with extra dish soap and trash bags. The linens were clean and smelled nice and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the milk, eggs, and croissant starters the next morning, too! For parking, Alla showed us a lot around the corner that had a reasonable price for overnight parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, the apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts had every detail covered. They had toys for the little ones, an air mattress for our youngest, a high chair, stroller, fire stick, and laundry soap. Five stars EASY! Thank you!

Ma Teresa and her family were amazing. They were excellent hosts, super friendly, attentive and always responsive. As hosts, they are the kind of people you want to have. The place is super beautiful, it is the third floor of a gorgeous house, private and with an amazing view. The rooms are a combination of rustic and modern. The bedding and bathrooms were pristine. Everything was great regarding to the conditions of the listing. Being on a third floor, it makes accessing the listing a bit difficult, especially bringing the luggage up. Anyone with limited mobility must take this into consideration. I brought one big suitcase and this was a mistake, I recommend bringing several, smaller bags. Worth pointing out, even though they do not have a kitchen on the place, they have a small fridge and a microwave, so having a few snacks and beverages wasn't a problem.

Carlos' place was amazing -- a beautiful old (but well renovated) building in the heart of downtown, with high majestic ceilings and large windows overlooking the square and flower market. It was also surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Everyone at the hotel were extremely friendly and responsive. The only downside was the lack of kitchen amenities, but when we requested a pot to boil water, the folks at the front desk were very quick to bring one up for us. highly recommend!
