Clean very nice room in the heart of Cuenca. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Adriana was very responsive and flexible. My travel plans changed a couple days before arriving. I was able to book an extra night and arrive early to check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to communicate and get around despite my limited Spanish.

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was perfect with a spacious bed to sleep in comfort with our baby. Love me that they have dishes on the Magnolia restaurant menu that was delicious! Breakfast is a bit small for what we're used to eating. But they were very kind to give us a portion of extra scrambled eggs for our baby.

Had a great experience staying at the appartment. Marcelo greeted us and was very friendly and helpful, showing us around the city centre and giving us a short tour. The place is located very nicely, just a few minutes away from the bus stop which takes around 10 minutes or so to reach the town centre. The appartment itself is exactly as described. The rooms are very newly furnished, extremely spacious and clean. The shower was hot and had very good power. Wifi was also excellent. Thoroughly recommended!

A perfect little room in a gorgeous hotel situated in the heart of Cuenca. The staff were attentive, helpful, and kind. If you don’t mind a small room, this is the perfect spot.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the center of historic Cuenca. We loved our stay!

The staff made me feel welcome and very much at home. They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating. The food was tasty, fresh and healthy, and at reasonable prices. I was in luck and the visiting masseuse was available. If you have a chance to get a massage from Elvita, I highly recommend it. I will be staying here again.

Great service, location, confy and spacious.

The location is excellent, you are a few steps from the main square of the city, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, everything. The accommodation has everything you need to rest.

Friendly place with good surroundings

My stay at this hostel was just perfect. From the first moment, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The facilities were spotless, with clean and well-equipped rooms. In addition, the location is excellent, which made it easier to explore the area without problems. The hostel atmosphere is cozy and quiet, ideal for resting after a day of activities. I definitely recommend this place and will be back on my next visit. Thank you for outstanding service!
