Villa vacation rentals in Azzano Decimo

Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Wir waren von 7.10-14.10 mit 3 Generation vor Ort. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, flexibel und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Ein herrlicher Blick auf die Weinberge und in der Ferne das Meer. Der Garten super gepflegt und wunderschön illuminiert. Der Pool war top ausgerüstet. An der Terrasse ein herrlich duftendes Kräuterbeet. Mehrere Unterstellmöglichkeiten, auch überdacht, für die Autos. Elektrische Aussentore. Die Einrichtung entsprach genau den Fotos. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

We stayed here as a group of 8 adults or 4 couples. We all felt comfortable and enjoyed the house. It was large and super clean. We used the kitchen a lot and found it was equipped for our needs. We especially enjoyed the sandwich maker! There is one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs, which was also convenient. It was very private for the 2 cars we had and we felt safe and had ample space for our needs. We would recommend this host and property for larger groups. It’s close to Venice and also beaches. It’s also so clean and has helpful and communicative hosts! We hope to be back again one day!

Bezaubernder Ort! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder und wir fanden den Garten wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Jody ist ein besonders gastfreundlicher Gastgeber und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Dieser Ort ist in jedem Fall mehr als eine einfache Unterkunft! Auch die Ausstattung war überaus großzügig. wir kommen bestimmt wieder!🥰🙏

Siamo stati benissimo, l'alloggio è eccezionale, Gloria e Gianmarco sono stati precisi e attenti. Torneremo sicuramente per le prossime gite in veneto.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Het huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Venetië. Het staat in een zeer rustig straatje, heeft een eigen parkeerplek voor de deur en het omheinde tuintje is zeer veilig voor een hond of kinderen. Het huis zelf is comfortabel, schoon en compleet. Iedere ruimte heeft z’n eigen airco wat een zegen was tijdens ons bloedhete verblijf. Om de hoek van de straat stopt om de 12 minuten een tram die je direct naar Piazzale Roma brengt: ideaal! In de directe omgeving zijn eetgelegenheden maar ook supermarkten te vinden. Maar uniek aan dit verblijf is de verhuurder. Gastheer Claudio is een ware super-host! Hij spreekt zowel Engels als Italiaans, is ontzettend vriendelijk, toegankelijk en behulpzaam en staat direct voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Vraag hem bij aankomst zeker om tips want als kunst- en cultuurliefhebber weet hij je alle highlights van Venetië te vertellen. Claudio vindt het zeer belangrijk dat het z’n gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Een echte aanrader!!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

La casa es muy bonita, todo está muy cuidado y muy cómodo, tiene unas vistas increíbles Anna estuvo muy pendiente y tiene una persona súper linda a cargo. lo único es que la llegada es muy difícil, no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad hay que bajar en una rampa de grava y para salir subirla. Susana te ayuda con las malestas pero es un poco complicado

Logement agréable, propre et confortable ( bonne literie). Pour se rendre sur Venise, il y a 2 lignes de bus fréquentes à proximité de la maison et en 5 min vous êtes directement à l’embarcadère pour Venise. Je recommande ce logement!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Stefania per un weekend alla ricerca di relax lontano dal caos di Milano. La struttura è splendida, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli: Stefania si assicura personalmente che tutto sia pulito e ordinato. Anche se non era ancora abbastanza caldo per usare la piscina, ci siamo goduti il barbecue, il biliardo e momenti di vero relax a bordo vasca. Gli spazi, sia interni che esterni, sono arredati con gusto e pensati per garantire il massimo comfort. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Stefania è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e flessibile anche per il check-in. Torneremo sicuramente!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

Italien wie aus dem Bilderbuch: Wir waren mit Freunden in Andreas wunderschönem Anwesen. Obwohl das Haus bereits ausführlich beschrieben war und es viele Fotos gab, hat uns die Unterkunft in der Realität nochmal total überrascht. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde hier ein traumhaftes Zuhause geschaffen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und werden die Tage unseres Aufenthalts noch lange in guter Erinnerung behalten. Andra selbst war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns gut unterstützt. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus jederzeit weiter!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Finere enn på bildene! (Skulle man ikke tro da det ser så magisk ut fra før) Meget hyggelig og folkelig vert! Svarte på spørsmål, fleksibel og behjelpelig med innsjekk og utsjekk. Anbefales absolutt!

Wir haben zu fünft zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit jederzeit in dem Pool zu baden ist perfekt. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann dort angenehm schwimmen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass zusätzliche Schneidebretter oder Messer überflüssig sind. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen wurden einmal alle Betten neu bezogen. Ansonsten sind in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu finden. Im Ort selber gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie einen Gemüsehändler. Die nächst größeren Supermärkte sind dann alle in Umag selber (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Fazit: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

Wir waren zu acht über Ostern auf der Villa Mimosa. Die Unterkunft ist phänomenal mit ihrer gepflegten Ausstattung, ihrem schönen Aussenbereich mit Pool und der ruhigen Lage. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Der Preis war super günstig und die Gastgeberin Vanessa sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit in der Villa Mimosa.

Sehr schönes großes Haus. 15min bis Umag. Küche gut ausgestattet und schön möbliert.

A ház csodaszép minden apró kiegészítőjével együtt. Utca végén csendes környezetben. Tökéletesen felszerelt konyha. Akármit otthon hagysz azt biztos megtalálod valamelyik fiókban. :) (sminklemosó, testápoló, papírzsepi és minden más) A hűtőben ital bekészítés - a gyerekeknek külön - és gyümölcs várt minket. A tenger 5-8perc séta alatt elérhető, kisebb bárokat is találni a parton. Nagyobb települések 10 perc autózással. Kis falu, nem túl sok aktivitási lehetőséggel, de talán ez előnye is. Alig volt szomszédunk így nem kellett a gyerekeket mindig csendre inteni. Umag mindössze 10km ahol zsúfolt strandot és vizisportokat is találni. A ház tökéletes volt számunkra (2 család 3 gyerekkel). Amint odaértünk, elfoglalhattuk a szállást.
