Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

Great location. Walkable distance to all main Ho Chi Minh City attractions. There is a small shop just 2min away. Apartment is very cozy and with a lot of natural light. Good internet. Has very nice balcony in which you can work or enjoy morning coffee. Host very responsive and friendly. Was little bit noisy because of nearby construction. Other than that, great place to stay. Highly recommend it.

The pictures show the place exactly as it is... Not as it was two years ago before it got beat up, like you might find on some other listings in the same building eh?

Really good location. There are restaurants and a supermarket directly under the building. I stayed here with my parents and one year old son, a great space for all of us. Hang was super helpful and responsive! Also building 81 is directly behind the space - a great tourist attraction! Thank you

This is a great place in district one whereby when you come back from your tour, it's a nice place to be cozy and peaceful. All the furniture are in good condition and the mattresses are of quality, Definitely worth it

Had a great stay at Alida place, everything is flexible and smooth, definitely recommend for fellow travellers.

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

Very clean. Peaceful neighborhood (not crowded). Lots of convenience stores, nice restaurants and cafes and atm machines/banks around. Very good coffee downstairs. Very polite host. Great value for money.

Overall a very comfortable stay with a very local feel to the place. Thao was extremely proactive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Jus take note for the bedroom area, the steps are steep n if you are 1.8m, you're hitting the ceiling every time you stand up. Also the backdoor leads to the motorcycle parking area, so alas the noise of the bikes come in/out n the doors opening/closing does intrude significantly so light sleepers be aware.

Having such a great time! We have 7 people and the house got everything we needed for 3 days.

Great spot and quiet location. Elevator was a game changer cause we have elders and a lot of luggage. The house keeper was such a sweetheart.

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

It's a nice place and you can easily get to District 1 . You have almost everything nearby. We definitely enjoyed that place

Amazing private room at an up and coming location in Thu Thiem. Highly recommend to all travelers. Huge pool and nice gym facility as well. Very convenient and most importantly quiet neighborhood.

Sam was great. He helped us quickly with early check-in request and was very responsive with our questions. The place was very clean, with amazing view of the city. We will definitely rent his place again

The building is very busy. It appears other guests sometimes smoke in the building? Nonetheless, it did not affect my stay with Bach. Very flexible host with clear check-in instructions (Allowed me to check in early). For the price, it's worth the stay. Location is about a 5min bike ride toward BT market. Would consider staying again. Thanks!
