Lilibeth is a great host and the unit was in a great location. Everything was great and I would stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

Place was peaceful and very relaxing. Although i suggest having a cable channel. But the overall experience was great.

We had a pleasant stay at this studio unit. It was clean and just the right size for two people. The bathroom was okay, and the overall setup was comfortable. What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. He was friendly and showed genuine concern, which made our experience even better. Would recommend for a hassle-free stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home for several days! The place felt incredibly homey and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect home-away-from-home vacation. It was also conveniently located near shops, dining options, and supermarkets, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. As a family of four with two small children, we were thrilled with our choice. My little boy had a fantastic time and loved every moment of our stay. The host, Ms. AJ, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Personally I feel the expectation was met. Great deal for the money but the pictures are a bit misleading. I would recommend a virtual tour for the property for full transparency but again, nice experience!

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

Had a great stay! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent – I always got a response right away. The room was exactly as described, and I can only recommend the place. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was just under renovation, but that was communicated to me in time. If I am back in Bacolod I will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Host was warm and welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive to questions and needs. Place was next to a mall where you have everything you need. Host made extra efforts to provide what a traveller needed at her place. She is an excellent host ! We left a backpack at the lobby and she immediately called us and even brought the backpack to the airport. Extremely grateful to have such an exceptional, helpful, caring and kind host ! Would highly recommend staying here !

We had a great stay at Mae Ann’s place. Her instructions on getting to her house were helpful. It’s initially not very easy to find the house, but that is not a big deal. It’s just a question of familiarity. The house is in a very convenient location. All Day supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the house. There’s also a very nice coffee shop (Coffee Project) in the same plaza, as well as a Pizzeria and another restaurant. The house was clean upon our arrival and everything was in order. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Mae Ann’s place again. It was a hassle-free and pleasant experience. Thank you for your hospitality Mae Ann.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The Masters Bedroom upstairs has huge glass windows the room feels hot due to radiation from the sun. We initially requested for an extra fan the to be more comfortable but was denied by the owner. She suggested to use the fan in the living room instead. We followed her advice. However, the living/dining area on the ground floor cannot be left without the fan. We kept the front and back doors open but there was poor ventilation. I think it would be beneficial if there was a ceiling fan or another extra fan. At one point we forgot our keys and got locked out and they were responsive and helped us out. Over all it was a great stay.

The best whole house airbnb that I have rented so far! 💯 From inquiry until checkout, David and Jon are very responsive and helpful. We originally planned to extend for another 6hrs and they even offered to close bookings for the next day. We appreciate it. The self check in and checkout were also easier for us. As well as the flexible time. Everything you need is in the house, you can also order Grabfood here. The house was pristine, very beautiful and well kept. The linens, towels and bathrooms are clean! Will definitely recommend!! 💯💯💯 What a rare and great find. Thank you David & Jon.

My Fiancé and I booked the place for our special celebration with friends and family and we couldn’t be happier. The house was clean, comfortable well located. Centralized perfectly to visit friends, relatives and close enough to restaurants and near cities and provinces we wanted to visit. Ashiela was and amazing host and responded promptly to our needs. Definitely worth every penny! We stayed in Bacolod for 5 days but we ended up lounging at the Airbnb more as the place was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay there. Host was very nice, responsive, and accommodating, I highly recommend their place! Will definitely be our first option if ever we visit Bacolod again. :) Thank you!
