Incredibly beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location. Perfect for 2-3 families with or without kids. Both in nice and bad weather, you can have a good time thanks to the covered balcony/terrace, fireplace and sauna. You should only be prepared for the Smarthome operation, we were sometimes a little overwhelmed there. But thanks to Kathrin's friendly help, this was not a big problem.

The house is created to feel comfortable and immediately enjoy nature. We were on site to our children. Both loved the garden right away and especially the playground next to the property. Selina has been very friendly and always available for questions. We can recommend the beautiful house, dear Selina and the village with full conviction.

We spent very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small village invites you to take small and large hikes. If you get in the car, you can reach the well-known sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the black moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

Beautiful house with Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna, the whole family loved it. Calm environment and beautiful walks in the surrounding nature.. Micha has been a great host and was very helpful & flexible.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

Modern and brightly furnished house. The village is charming and quiet, you can take beautiful walks there. You have beautiful views over the hilly village from the house. Contact with the host was quick and Anna was very helpful. Best point: lovely cool and large bedrooms with very nice beds!

We stayed with six women in Josefine's blue house and had a very nice stay! Josefine is a great host, she has good tips and ideas and is very helpful. You can't ask for better. The accommodation is very clean, nicely renovated and lovingly furnished! We'd love to come back! Lisa with girlfriends

The house is super located in quiet forest surroundings. Hiking trails start right outside the door. The house is well furnished, everything is clean. Especially great is the fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. You can wonderfully switch off and relax here. A trip to the local distillery as well as to Miltenberg is very worthwhile!

It was just as described, nice place with equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed sauna as well. Very recommended!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is really totally cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need, soap everywhere, enough toilet paper, etc. Astrid even provided the small additional apartment for us, so we had more space. Thank you! The location is also great, you are super fast in Bamberg (also by bus) and in the immediate vicinity are bakery and supermarket. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was equipped with everything, nicely decorated and even felt more spacious than in the photos. Renate is a wonderful hostess – when our car broke up, she helped us tremendously. The area is beautiful, with beautiful hiking trails and also fun activities for children nearby. A wonderfully quiet place, a very friendly hostess and a comfortable stay with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's place. We were happy about the little attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. Only the steep driveway to reach the property would be to mention. Our dogs loved the garden for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.

The house was fantastic, matched the pictures and was very cozy. We had a great weekend in a girls' group and highly recommend it.

Was a nice stay and the landlords very kind. The access to the apartment is still in need of improvement, but otherwise everything is super nicely made and totally great to relax. Thanks for the wonderful time. We'll happily come back anytime 👍

We had a great time at Peggy's cabin. Everything was well maintained and clean, a big plus are the mosquito nets in every room. Peggy was very friendly and helpful, we would definitely return again.

We were there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. It had everything we needed. Also a crib and high chair. There was enough space for everyone and the amenities were of very high quality. Besides, it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We were in the apartment with 6 adults from Friday to Tuesday. The apartment was well equipped. There was actually nothing missing. In addition, we had great weather and we explored the surroundings. Winter temperatures prevailed. We were therefore able to enjoy the heated fireplace. The landlords had already heated the apartment the day before our arrival. We felt so comfortable again.

We stayed in Andreas’ house for four days and had a wonderful time. Andreas was friendly and helpful in all communications and before we arrived had given us clear instructions for our visit. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and having use of the garden was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking at the beautiful view.

A nice house, well equipped, beautiful garden - we were completely satisfied! We didn't miss anything for our little family vacation. Everything was as described. Check-in is straightforward.
