The apartment is lovingly and tastefully decorated, the furnishings consist of high-quality wooden furniture in a rural style. Through the panoramic window from the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The Simsee is practically at your feet, Chiemsee and the lake district are in close proximity. Cycling, hiking, swimming, mountain climbing, skiing or just relaxing. Almost everything is possible here.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Spend a lovely time in the apartment with mountain views and a large south-facing terrace. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and a bathtub. In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail right outside the door. Located directly on the forest is the very quiet roof apartment in our house. We use the hallway together, all other things can be found in the apartment. Roof apartment over the entire house area with spacious bright bathroom (with mountain view) and beautiful west-facing balcony. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, tv, wifi, hairdryer etc. If our guests need something that is not there, we certainly have it in our stock.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
