Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They are centrally located, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving daily needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to Central Station. House of History is 1.4 km away and World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Die Wohnung (ca 35qm) liegt im untern Teil unseres Hauses indem wir mit unseren 2 Kindern wohnen und hat einen separaten Eingang! Zugang ist selbstständig über eine Schlüsselbox möglich! Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn- und Schlafraum (Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich in einem Raum) und einer kleinen Küche sowie einem extra Bad!
