Wood cabin-house for large families in Harz

Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

Beautiful apartment with own terrace

Hello, our quite town Seesen is at the west edge of the lovely Harz mountain region. The forests, lakes and mountains invite you to spend some time in nature to either just relax or to try some activities such as hiking or mountain biking. In the middle of Germany this is probably one of the most diverse and beautiful regions! Our 33 square-meter-sized apartment has a separate entrance and an own terrace in our large garden. I am looking forward to welcome you as my guests :)

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Hiking trails start right outside the door, free parking is available. Welcome to Walters Ranch! A small dog school in the Vorharz… That means dogs are welcome here. Here you are in the right place if you want to explore the Harz Mountains with a dog, like to end the evenings at the fire pit, maybe even want to have a small party? Our comfortable, newly designed apartment (70 m²) is located in the beautiful Vor-Harz in a rural area. The tranquil town of Badenhausen (about 1600 inhabitants) is a good starting point for an active vacation or simply to unwind. Hikes or bike rides in the Harz Mountains can be started directly. E-bikes can be safely parked and charged. In the village there are small shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.
