... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

Beautifully located in Bad Kohlgrub, close to Unterammergau and the Staffelsee lake, this vacation apartment in the Lengdobler guesthouse offers mountain views. The apartment in country house style is located directly at the Hörnle toboggan run (in winter) and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenties include Wi-Fi and a crib. A bread roll service is available upon request.

Unser neu (2019) erbautes Ferienhaus liegt im Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Zusätzlich zu den zwei großen Schlafzimmern (ca. 18 qm) mit jeweils großen Doppelbetten, gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines davon (ca. 10qm) mit Eckbadewanne und sehr großer, begehbarer Dusche (1,2m x 1,2m). Sie können Ihr Elektroauto an unserer Wallbox (11 kW Typ 2) laden (derzeit 40 Cent / KWh).

Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen Dorf Bad Kohlgrub, in den Ammergauer Alpen, am Fuße des Hörnles.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

"Margarete" apartment

The spacious penthouse extends over the entire top floor of the 4-party house. We have made one apartment out of two, 80 sqm, with sunny balconies to the east and west. Our guests enjoy the living/dining room with fireplace, reading corner and view of the "Hörnle", the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub. The whole family can spend their vacation here with many activities.
