45m2 groß, modern und hell eingerichtet. Kuschelige Schlafnische mit einem komfortablen Bett (160x200). Die Schlafcouch bietet Platz für 2 extra Gäste. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Kombi-Ofen und Geschirrspüler voll ausgestattet. Für Familien stellen wir gern Kinderstuhl/Babybett bereit. Es befindet sich in der Kurstadt Bad Kösen, nahe dem Weingebiet. Der Bhf mit Zügen nach Jena oder Halle ist in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Straße verfügbar.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

I rent my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the hall beach and in Paradise Park, which are easy to reach by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there is considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side street below the market. Pubs , cafes, shopping and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m), " Inselparkplatz" (100m) or the "Seidelparkplatz" (10 min walk) and in the car parks (every 50m away). Train stations or bus station are super easy to reach on foot.
