The apartment is an old store, a former bakery, which has been converted into a living studio by various Leipzig painters and artists over the years. Conveniently located in Plagwitz, the old cotton mill with its countless art galleries, the Westwerk and Karl-Heine-Straße, with its wide range of restaurants and culinary delights, are all within walking distance. The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.
