Sørstraumen View

Welcome to Sørstraumen View which is located near E6, but still secluded. The cabin is located near the sea, with lovely views in all directions, including Storstraumen, which is a very good fishing spot. The area around the cabin is open and a good starting point for walking, hunting and fishing. There is a road all the way up to the cabin with parking. There is also a small grocery store nearby, where you can buy most of what you need. The cabin is cozy, with three small bedrooms and five beds.

Beautiful view of the Alta valley. Two bedrooms with double bed in each room. Bathroom. No place to store luggage outside of stay. -Mini kitchen with cooking facilities. -No oven (stove) -Microwave oven -No washing machine. -Big porch. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

Henrybu Comfortable house by the fjord.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

Discover the the Arctic Finnmark Alps in Jøkelfjord! (Glacierfjord) Very little light pollution gives great potential for Northern Lights watching, and whales often visit Oct–Jan. No guarantees, but lucky guests spot them from the warm sofa. The area offers excellent skiing opportunities. There is a sauna in the house, and in addition a large wood-fired sauna on the neighboring property that can be used by appointment without additional price.
