A unique cottage with a partial glass roof, built in 2019, in a naturally beautiful environment by the lake. The cottage has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster. You can only enjoy ready meals. Fireplace/shelter on the beach. Parking space in the yard. In winter, you can walk on the ice. 17 km to the airport, 13 km to the nearest City market and 17 km to the city center. The host lives in the same yard. Guests are allowed to move freely in the yard. The neighbors' yards are private.

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Close to downtown, comfortable, cozy studio. Downtown is 1.2km away. Santa Claus Village is 9km away. The airport is 9km away. Bus stop next to the house. Shop 200 meters away. The equipment is great for longer stays. The beds can be combined or separately, let us know what you want. If you want, it's possible to put a 70cm wide air mattress in addition to the beds. Car spot is available. It costs €5 per stay. Accommodation suitable for a city holiday or business trip.

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Alueella on myös hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Polut ja ladut lähtevät suoraan takapihalta. Matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on noin 3,5km. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on n. 4km. Lentokentälle ajaa noin 15 minuutissa.
