The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached by train in 50 minutes, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also accessible by public transport. In the village, there is a supermarket, wine taverns and restaurants. Please note that €2.50 per person per night is due for local tax.

Das Albizia Apartmenthaus wurde 1909 im Badener Architekturstil erbaut und 2022 liebevoll restauriert. Dabei wurde großer Wert auf die Beibehaltung historischer Elemente wie Kastenfenster, Kassettentüren, Laubengänge u.s.w. gelegt.
