Perfect location and quiet street. Walking distance to city centre and restaurants and shops

Everything central was within walking distance of the apartment, I walked a good 10 minutes to the opera. In advance, I received information and recommendations from the hosts who made my stay easier. Also, how best to get to the apartment by means of transport. Regarding individual arrangements of my check-in and changes to my arrival, everyone took care of very caring and cooperatively and made my stay very pleasant. Thanks so much for everything! (:

The check-in felt a little like an escape room, but we managed after a few minutes in the dark (it was 4pm in winter after all). The place is spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, with enough space for our ski luggages. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Octo provided basic grocery like cereals, coffee and cooking oil which is very much appreciated. The only drawback was the strange shrimp-like odour emanating from the shower room when the venting fan was turned on. Octo was helpful, but as it was Christmas we decided to just keep the vent off, and the repairmen to come until after check out. I hope the issue gets resolved before the next tenant. Despite that small issue, all in all a very happy stay.

I recently stayed at Valbona's Airbnb in Vienna and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a charming area, just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore all the main attractions while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. Valbona was a professional and responsive host, ensuring everything went smoothly during my visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place in Vienna!

Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

Very friendly host and a nice appartment. Location is very close to the city center and many nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The street next to the appartment is quite busy and noisy, but that allows for perfect accessibility by public transport (underground, bus and tram).

Chris’s place is absolutely fantastic not only in terms of location but its aesthetic quality. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and feels like it was furnished with care and with particular attention to detail. We genuinely felt at home and in fact felt more cosy and comfortable than any other Airbnb I’ve been in. Thanks Chris Loved the place and will return to stay here the next time we are in Vienna.

The house corresponded exactly to what was described, it was super organized and clean and the host was very helpful. It was very worth it, I recommend, great value for money!

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

It was a lovely flat in an excellent location, with everything you’d need. Nice vibe as well as it was not a commercial Airbnb but actually a private flat. Communication with Christian was easy and he was super responsive and flexible to our arrival/departure times. The one thing to note perhaps is that the third bed is a sleeper couch that is a bit short - so probably better for kids or short adults.

Very convenient indeed! Our family of five found this to be an ideal spot for our four nights in Vienna. Close to public transit and multiple grocery stores made getting about and meal time a breeze - the Turkish bakeshop has the best bread! Kitchen is well equipped, laundry was handy to have, and the neighbourhood cats were a hit. Alois gave us excellent instructions on directions from the airport and had lots of great info on Vienna in the suite. One thing to note regarding the layout - if you are in the largest bedroom, you have to walk through the other room with beds to get to the washroom. Something to be prepared for if you need to use the loo at night. All in all, a great stay. We only wish it had been longer.

The apartment is perfect for visiting Vienna: it is clean, tidy and very quiet. It's close to the subway line, which easily connects you to the historic downtown. Close to supermarkets. The host is very diligent. Highly recommended

The location of the house was really good. It is convenient to everywhere. There were public transportation options right next to the house that could be reached at every point of the city. There were markets and restaurants near the house. It was very tidy and very clean for your home. We did not feel any discomfort inside the apartment. If I plan to plan Vienna again, I would definitely consider staying here.

Very nice apartment, very functional with all amenities. Great location near the U1 line that leads directly to the historic center of Vienna in a few minutes. In addition, the apartment is close to the railway station which leads directly to the airport. Many shops are also available nearby. The flat is extremely well located. Metro station and bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by and within walking distance. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. Everything was there. It is highly recommended.

The place was really nice and perfect for large groups. An absolute highlight was the hot tub on the rooftop terrace. Questions were always answered and answered extremely helpful. We will be happy to come back :-)

The apartment is great in all respects: space, accessories, etc. Slavisa is a host who is attentive to guests' needs and very helpful. The area has everything you need (market and shops) and public transport is a 2-minute walk away and with those in 15 minutes to and from the center of Vienna. The choice of this apartment was really perfect.
