Boendet är lämpligt för dina affärsvistelser, din familj och romantiska semestrar. Min lägenhet består av ett öppet utrustat kök, ett sovrum, ett vardagsrum och en plats för kontoret och ett badrum. Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Cozy and spacious (50 sq m/540 sq ft) top floor apartment with good communications and brand new furniture. Windows in two directions with a sprawling view over the idyllic Gamla Enskede houses. Comfy walking distance to the subway(5 min), 3Arena and The globe(17 min) and the venues in Slakthusområdet. With uber or even voi everything including the city is 5-10 min away.
