Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bahía de Banderas

Mari and Shane took great care of my family during our visit to Bucerias (April 14 week). Mari is a great cook and she and team made sure we had everything we needed. The house is an amazing private space, and the kids loved the pool. It’s basically like being at a resort but without all the other guests. We had 8 people, which is just about the perfect amount for this spot. The beach is a block away and tons of shops and restaurants are within a few more blocks. The ladders to the upper lofts are a bit precarious and not a great option for young kids or those with limited mobility, so plan accordingly. Also, we were in town during Holy Week so there was a bit more street noise and activity than usual. This generally did not last past 9 PM. We will definitely come back to this spot next time we are in the PV area. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this a great family vacation!

Such a beautiful home in a quiet location. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was amazing! The hike directly from the house to monkey mountain was a highlight of our week.

An excellent stay, the apartment is the same as described and the whole complex offers you great comfort.

Actually, the place was better than the phots's ! Our family has traveled all over the world and by far this Villa was there favorite . It brought us all love and laughter xoxoxo It was the modern coziness ! Everything was are Fresh and cool .. Getting a chef was our best decision ever . We had the best home cooked meals. The Pier was amazing- the food was also great there . Then returning to our villa and jumping in our private pool was so refreshing. The golf cart was the easiest way to discover the entire property . TRULY AMAZING

Oliver and his team hosted us for 7 days and it was an awesome experience. He was super responsive and they made us breakfast each morning which so great. The home itself was kept clean and cleaners came almost daily, which was great considering we were a 16 person group who definitely tracked in dirt etc. They also cleaned the rooms and bathrooms when we requested! The location of the house is amazing! The home itself is nice and there's a really fun spot on the top floor to hang out and lounge. It can get somewhat loud at night but that's to be expected considering the close location to all the restaurants. Overall, Oliver and his team made the trip amazing and were always responsive to any thing we asked, super great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villas las Olas. The hosts, Lisa and Dave, really made us feel at home. We were in Punta de Mira during a not super busy season but the nearby beach was great and the hosts’ collection of beach accessories was convenient. The apartment had everything we needed, the pool on premises was quite relaxing, and we had a fun time counting the iguanas in their trees from our balcony/rooftop.

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at the villa and surrounding area. The villa was unique and comfortable. We all enjoyed breakfast daily presented by Sandra a very pleasant and friendly young woman with a constant smile. Her cuisine was delicious and included sliced fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee. We mainly congregated upstairs by the dining area and the rooftop when at the villa. A minor point we couldn’t get the tv to work in the lounge area so we strolled to the sports bar to watch our favorite team and enjoy each other’s company. Nightly live music was right outside on the street and late night local snacks a block away. Of course the beach was great with waiters easily available. The beach walking vendors were a little too constant but just trying to make a living. It was a fun getaway enjoyed by all!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.
