The renovation has enhanced the building and all the history it contains and at the same time has made the home functional and equipped with every comfort. It has an extra service: a two-seater sauna with chaise longue and herbal tea corner (additional cost of €40/day). Art, mini SPA, antique and modern for an unforgettable trip!

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
