This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment is located in a beautiful and clean nature. Nearby flows the clear and drinkable river Cetina (150m). It has a view of the mountains. In front there is a large swimming pool with deck chairs (available from June 1 to September 20) and an orchard full of various seasonal fruits. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, kettle and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, an iron and towels are also available. The rooms are spacious, they can accommodate five guests. The apartment is air-conditioned and has new furniture.
