Our holiday house was built in 2022 in Zamardi, 150 meters from the shore of Lake Balaton. The 180-square-meter house on two floors, with 8 seats, all luxury needs, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a large living room and a 40-square-meter covered terrace. The house is equipped with ceiling and floor heating, which provides a stable, steady temperature in all rooms. In the great summer heat, a pool awaits those who want to cool off.

Our house in Balatonfüred is located in the holiday zone, which provides a calm and quiet environment for the holidaymakers. Our charm is to rent out the entire house and not sublet our properties! People who stay with us consider the proximity of the waterfront important, they do not like to share a garden or property with others. Three-generation families, adult societies are all searching for our properties, and we have more and more returning guests.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
