The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for a family of friends to relax together. The house has 3 double rooms and a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for baking and ping-pong games. Our own 110m2 demarcated sports field is for active relaxation. The living room-kitchen section is also more than 60m2, so even in case of bad weather, it has a great atmosphere, even with a fire in a fireplace.

In this little cottage near Lake Balaton, you can relax, cycle, swim in the lake, explore Budapest (an hour's drive or 90 minutes by train) or just explore the surroundings. In 10 minutes' walk you can reach one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Hungary: the high beach. The large Balaton bike path also passes by here. Coffees and restaurants are always nearby... Hen and stag parties and loud parties are not allowed in the apartment.
