Beach apartment is located in a quiet enviroment only 50 m from the beach. You have so many beach to choose, beach is only 50 m away from (URL HIDDEN) is in one of the most beautiful parts of Pula because of its stunning view and very quiet.

We were greeted by Tea’s parents, Strecko and Miriana, who were so kind and welcoming and showed us the apartment and Strecko showed us his garden and the picnic area that we were free to use, even barbecue if we had more time there. The apartment was nice and spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as well and the shower was fantastic! The apartment is in the same building that Tea’s parents live in-and it is in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. I felt totally safe there. There is a little hedgehog that was running around looking for food each night, so cute! The family invited us to join them each evening as the neighbors would meet and talk and laugh and share food together. We are so glad we joined them as they have a rare and thriving community right there and were so welcoming to us. We were lavished with gifts of wine, brandy, cookies, desserts, garlic and hot sauce. My only regret is not staying for a whole week! Pula Town was very nice and the Roman Arena was certainly awe-inspiring. We spent a lot of time there, and it’s worth the price to go inside and see what is underneath the arena. I highly recommend Tea’s place.”
The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

She provided everything we needed from great tips on places to visit/eat/activities. The apartment felt like a home away from home, comfy bed, clean and tasteful decor, with enough amenities for our stay. The view from the balcony was lovely. The area felt quiet and relaxing, but close to so much from beaches, to activities, restaurants, retail shops, supermarket, a great cinema (which we went to one evening) and a pleasant walk to the city centre. Villa Carla - Beautiful apartment in Pula itself overlooking the sea which is 400 m away. Near the city center, yet quiet area. Choose from swimming at Verudela beaches near Villa Carla or in our swimming pool. Villa Carla is situated at the beginning of peninsula Verudela in Pula itself, which is perfect spot for you to stay. Either you are tourist, businessman or traveler, ... either you are alone, couple, family or group of people, you will be very pleased with your settlement in Villa Carla for a simple reason that you will be very close to everything in Pula. Our apartments gives you everything you need, and little more. Notice that Pula center which is 1.5 km from us does not have swimming beach, which makes our Villa even more attractive. There is three more apartments for rent in Villa Carla. This one is biggest at the top of Villa Carla. Robert and Vesna runs this place, and we are completely dedicated to your satisfaction. Whatever you need - we are here to help you. What can you expect from our neighborhood? Well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars. You can rent bicycles, mopeds, cars, boats, etc. scuba diving, sports field, tennis, mini golf, wind surfing, and even boat that pulls the parachute, rides a small plane Boat trips: Venice, Islands Brijuni , Mali Losinj and Silba Road trip: Wine Road (wine tasting). Night life: a terrace with live music at Verudela and Golden Rock, disco, ... Events: amphitheater Arena (concerts and film festivals) Best of all is that everything is at walking distance and can be organized from Villa Carla.
