Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Balboa Island

We had a super stay at Aileen's place (again!). She keeps her property spotless and the kitchen has all the items you could ever need to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at home. Coffee, tea, water bottles, soda is abundantly stocked. Aileen answers right away and checking in is simple. The condo is less than 5 minutes walk fron 2nd Street but, there is always plenty of (safe) street parking available.

Good, cozy place to stay in a safe neighborhood! Highly recommend the place if you plan to visit the Long Beach area.

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

I stayed here for 1 night final notice ! Jessica was very responsive with her instructions very clear . High Rise is very Tranquil . The apartment was very beautiful and clean 😍. Reception made it easy . Area was quiet would definitely stay here again ! 5 stars ⭐️

Such a great stay! Was SO nice and peaceful and such a cute area in Irvine to stay in! The bed was amazing and probably the comfiest one I’ve ever slept in! Would recommend this place to anyone and will 100% be staying here again! All the hosts were so communicative and sweet! Loved it!

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

Would stay here again, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The hosts were responsive and helpful with the check in instructions. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. The garage is *very* small (if you have a large vehicle I don’t believe it would fit - there was just a few inches on each side of the car after we got it in the garage) and as others have commented, it looked like there is no extra parking on the street. Highly recommend this just!

Stayed at Hamilton's to visit Disney for the first time. This was a great choice as it was close to Disney, and it was cheaper than having all of stay in separate hotel rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The home was incredibly modern, with stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. It was spotless from top to bottom, and the cleanliness made it feel like a true home away from home. Inside, the space was open and airy, providing plenty of room to relax, and the outdoor area was just as spacious and inviting. It was also in a perfect location—just 10 minutes from Disneyland—which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The host was easily accessible, super friendly, and even gave us a great recommendation for an amazing local restaurant that we ended up loving.

What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect. Spotless and clean with very cozy furniture. Our family had to cut our trip short due to an illness, but we loved the home! We especially liked the dock in the back. We saw a big school of jelly fish swimming by. I HIGHLY recommend this home. We wish we could have finished our time there, and look forward to getting there again!

This was our second stay! Loved it here once again. The place is detached from the neighbours which is a big draw plus it’s in a great walking zone.

We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland, and it was on point. Close proximity, good kitchen, pleasant, and clean. A good value.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

My family and I had a great time at John's place. Peaceful, with everything a family may need to enjoy a mini-vacation. With beautiful surroundings and close to grocery stores and the beach.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. We have now stayed at Loredana's home more than a handful of times over the last few years, and it has come to be somewhat of a home away from home. We have our favorite list of restaurants there, we can walk to dinner, we enjoy the market that is close by, and of course, know that Loredana's home is always clean, comfy and fits our needs perfectly. Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Clean, cozy, and perfect location. Only “complaint”, was the bed seemed small since we are used to sleeping in a King bed. Street noise is a little loud if you are a light sleeper but host provided ear plugs. Would definitely stay here again.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.
