Quiet home with a lake view.

Nice pretty house in a small village 10km from Varna.The house is situated just 20 meters from Varna Lake and the view is really amazing.Our house is newly-build and 100% suitable for living up to 8 people.It has a big garden with garden table and BBQ.On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.The living-room is spacious and has a equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, stoves and oven.Suitable for 4 persons.On the second floor has another 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Villa Sunny Joy

The villa is at the edge of a rock. It has an undisturbed sea view, a large garden, pool and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It is not ultra modern like a 5-star hotel, but it is cozy, rustic and authentic. You can enjoy watching all stars and if lucky - the falling stars, while chilling around the pool area in the middle night. About 200 stone stairs are leading to the beach. The commercial Albena resort is at a 15 min walk along the coast. You may also try the nice wild beaches outside it.

You will love my place because it is a lovely cozy villa with amaizing sea view , deep heated pool and jakuzzi,sauna,green yard,beautiful garden ,outdoor children playground,BBQ zone with furniture!There are Italian style kitchen (espresso-machine,fridge-freezer,toaster,kettles,microwave,oven/hobs ,washing machine, dishwasher est), high ceilings,super kings size beds and bedrooms,airconditions,French style windows. My place is wonderful for couples, families (with kids), groups.

Self-contained part of a house in Trakata. You get 1 en-suit bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom, laundry room, part of the garden in a very affluent villa zone in Varna. It has a spacious garden, outdoor BBQ, own entrance. My place is close to great views, the city centre, and parks. It has great views, the location is safe and quiet. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). A high-chair and a baby cot are available upon request.

The house is in a traditional style, full of charm and artistic detail. Its a very safe neibourhood where you can feel at one with nature. The large garden has many fruit trees and a covered balcony allows one to sit and relax. Its a very beautiful and special place, unhindered by the modern world.
