The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in a prime location above the old town of Werdener and Lake Baldeney. The apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture and adequate technology. The mini-kitchen is suitable for small meals. The shower room with an outside window meets high standards. We offer our one-bedroom apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected to public transport (bus and S-Bahn), close to the Folkwang University and the basilica. The Essen Trade Fair Centre, the University Hospital and all tourist locations in Essen and the surrounding area are within easy reach.
