Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (in this respect the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading) we rent a closed 2 room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the ground floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 01.08.2025, the city of Essen has been levying an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
