Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Enjoy outdoor patio, shower, fire-pit, private mini hiking trail system and quick access to snowmobile trails and public boat launch 1/3 mi away.

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

The Hendrick House

The Hendrick House is part of a late 19th century duplex. The place has been completely renovated; with a full kitchen, a dining and living room, and a bathroom with a stall shower on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer on the second floor. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do get $15 per person per night over 6. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!! Please, no pets on the furniture, they can’t be left alone.
