It's within walking distance to the beaches and really close to the main square and the Cathedral. My place is ideal for some privacy and a lovely romantic escape - it's really quiet at night. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll love this place for its ambience, comfy beds, the neighbourhood, the outdoor space and light.

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Guests have their own 2000m2, indoor and outdoor kitchen, fireplace, massage tub in the front of the courtyard with sun protection, infrared sauna and deck chairs and seating sets for rest. There are also 2 bicycles. The house is equipped with modern household appliances (Kitchenaid, De longhi coffee machine with capsules, American refrigerator..). The proximity of the market is only 100 meters.
