My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

A hidden GEM! Sweetest hosts, gorgeous garden filled with hummingbirds, doves, squirrels, & butterflies. Bed was super comfortable & large, living room is so cute! So many thoughtful details, candles, lovely smelling soaps, teas, extra blankets. Affordable, central to everywhere you wanna be. Can’t wait to come back & stay again! 😍😍😍

SPEECHLESS! I surprised my amazing girlfriend with a valentines day weekend getaway and found this hidden gem! From the communication to the stay, everything in between was immaculate. Michael and his wife could not have made us feel more welcomed. The love and care they show as hosts is reflected on how beautiful and welcoming the property/stay is. I cannot wait to come back and have another amazing weekend getaway with my gf. 100 out of 10! Thank you again for such a great experience!

Excellent location, beds were comfortable, lots of restaurants and beach close by, great walking everywhere and really nice to be in a house with a driveway. Some traffic so ear plugs were good if you're sensitive to noise when you're sleeping.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the Florida Casita and can’t wait for our next stay. Our family lives in the same neighborhood so it was super convenient and we were close to all the 4th Street Shops and walking distance to just about everything you need—including the beach. We had a fantastic time at Yan’s place. In total, there were 11 of us: 6 adults, 4 kids, and one infant and there was more than enough room for everyone. Very convenient having a high chair and crib. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Kitchen was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Grocery store less than 5 min away and Disneyland drive was less than 15. We defiantly are coming back on our next Disneyland trip.

Very nice building with restaurants, gym, and rooftop lounge & clubhouse. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Well stocked kitchen and a very nice bathroom. I did have to request the actual address. It is different than the one immediately given when booking. Host was very responsive. I definitely recommend for nice stay in K Town.
