Great place to stay in Arroio. Very beautiful and organized seaside house. Very friendly hosts and willing to help us with everything. Espaço clean and organized. The house offered new beach equipment such as a chair and the like. New, clean and sufficient pans, plates and cutlery for the people who can accommodate the house.

Amazing apartment, has everything you need, wonderful sea view. Access to the beach by a beautiful deck with a privileged view, the beach has a whole structure, for those who like tranquility and nature the place is perfect, Bianca is very kind and helpful, we will definitely be back!

the apartment complies with the one described in the ad , is exactly 100 steps from the very quiet beach to rest with the family , some shops near where you find everything from the nescessary to the day, and the centrinho is about 8 minutes by car very quiet too , there is a market that is between the center and the apartment, about 5 minutes by car that is very good the prices even with some products even cheaper than in my city. the gentleman who lives in the lower part of the apartments, is very receptive and attentive , and gives hints of places to go from, if you go, I leave a hint that he passed us, visiting the hill of the convents is a half hour by car from the apartment but the place is very beautiful valley apena and you can enjoy to spend the day at Araranguá beach that is nearby that is very beautiful too , but already notice that the bars around the beach is very salty the prices , so for those who want to save you can take some snacks is your choice.

Great Location. The inn is literally right on the sand. Sérgio is a great host, always responds quickly. There is everything you need to spend good days by the sea.

Very clean house, 100 meters from the sea, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Gazebo with sinuca barbecue, the boys had a great time. Very cozy and well structured. We'll be back.

Charming and cozy villa, overlooking the sea and equipped as per listing. Our stay was extremely pleasant, and the perfect location if you are looking for tranquility and proximity to the center. Although it is about a 20 minute walk from the central area, the well-paved streets make the walk enjoyable and safe, allowing you to explore the city without the need for a car.

This was undoubtedly the best accommodation we've ever rented! Waking up and sleeping seeing and hearing the sea is priceless! Not to mention the hospitality, attention and affection that the hosts had with us. All the environments were as described in the listing and even better in person! We'll be back for sure!!

The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the description and photos, everything clean and organized. The attention received from the Veneusa and her father Valdir made us feel at home, extremely polite and attentive. The location is perfect, it's all close! The infrastructure of the condominium is a point to stand out, very new, excellent for enjoying a few days of peace and rest. The Pool is a wonder. I definitely indicate the place and I will return. My parents loved the days spent in the apartment. Thank you for everything!
