we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Cozy and modern apartment of 35 m2 in our townhouse with a perfect location, in the middle of old Ebeltoft. Here, most things are within walking distance - the Malt Factory, restaurants, shops, museums, supermarkets, harbor and beach. The garden is a small lush oasis with several cozy nooks, a covered terrace and a sea view. Enjoy a drink on the terrace and the sunset over Ebeltoft Vig. On the street, you can park for 15 minutes for loading and unloading. Free parking within 75 meters. Electric charging station 100 meters. Final cleaning can be purchased.

You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Haus Heck, My spot Rügen!

Haus Heck is a row end house of our small holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace. We have allowed the hedges to grow a little higher, so you have a view over the 13,000 square meter property, but also privacy. The house is divided on the first floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams and the bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

The two rooms are on the second floor of the idyllic village of Matzwitz/Panker in Holstein Switzerland, near Hohwachter Bay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be, and nature lovers will get their money's worth! The natural beach Behrensdorf is 3 km away, the beaches Hohwacht, Sehlendorf or Schönberg approx. 15 minutes by car. The Panker estate with galleries and restaurant is within walking distance. Well-developed bike paths in all directions!
