Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing break on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a farm with a large garden - quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. You can reach the dike in a minute by bike and the North Sea in a few minutes on foot. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, in about 1900 m. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars.

The renovated house has a total of eight beds and, with the large kitchen-living room with wide views of nature, offers enough space for a great holiday with family or friends. The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach is about 1300 m away and can be reached comfortably on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

The city centre, shops, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is only a few minutes away by car.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
