Genießt ein idyllisches Hüttenwochenende auf dem Land. Am Waldrand in Alleinlage gelegen, könnt ihr in unserer frisch renovierten Hütte eine entspannte Zeit mit Familie und Freunden mitten in der Natur verbringen. Durch den Garten fließt ein Bach mit Teich und von der Terrasse könnt ihr Kühe, Specht und Rehe beobachten. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Grillen, der Wald zum Wandern und Biken ein. Die Balver Höhle ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mehr geht nicht!

Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The house and apartment are accessible without any steps. Secure storage for bicycles and e-bikes is available.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine offene Küche und der Wohnbereich. Im 1. Geschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein Arbeitszimmer ist in Arbeit.
