Monthly Rentals in Bañaderos

We had a great stay. The apartment is modern and offers plenty of space! The highlight is the rooftop terrace, where you can look at the sea and watch the surfers. Alexis didn't greet us in person - check-in is via an app. However, there was a personal welcome and a few treats! Everything was also lovingly prepared for our 10-month-old baby. There's not much to discover in the surrounding area. However, you can reach very nice places very quickly (10-20 minutes) by car! We felt very comfortable - thank you!

The apartment is great for families with small children. There are toys and a bunk bed, even a high chair! the view of the ocean is stunning! we felt like at home as it is nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing missing was a playground or park nearby, we always had to take the car to get somewhere. 2 things that we found problematic: First, we are not sure what was meant by "beach in front of the house" as it was not as described, there was no beach. It was rocky and not possible to swim or sit down. Second, it was so difficult to park the car in the garage, I couldn't have done it if I had travelled alone with my kids. We had a normal car but it was still very hard as the parking lots are extremely narrowly sized.

The Monica's and David's place is located in a quite street very close to the amazing cathedral church of Arucas. The apartment was exactly as described, with easy access thanks to precise instructions we received prior to our arrival, and a free parking spot at the street level. Inside, everything was perfectly clean, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and even some basics for breakfast in place (tea, coffee, sugar, spices etc...). Both Monica and David were always quick to answer all questions and gave us a handful of useful directions and advices. What's more, there is also a very interesting tourist guide they've produced for their guests on the table! In general, highly recommended place: 5/5 - gracias Amigos!

A beautiful home with all the comforts, ideal for children, with a very well-kept decor and a terrace that we were able to enjoy a lot. We had problems with the arrival flight and are very grateful for their kindness and facilities throughout. Highly recommended.
