Vacation rentals with beach access in Banaybanay

It was a quiet and cozy little condo. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

As a foreigner with a fillipino partner we were greeted so respectfully from the first moment and were shown around the unit. All questions were answered immediately and clearly. The place was spotlessly clean and very inviting. The breathless views and beach at your back door was the highlight. it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

From the moment we arrive, this exclusive accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The pool area was pristine and inviting. The sea offers a lot more than swimming, I so love the snorkeling activity. This heaven offered breathtaking views and tranquil escape from the hustle of daily life. Every details, from the elegant exterior and interior design, to the very attentive and accommodating staff, contributed to a seamless and satisfying stay. Quiet place to stay at Samal. Plenty of beds/rooms to choose from. The space is big which is good for a family outing. Ms. Kathrine is responsive to all our queries.

Karla and team are friendly and easy to deal with. They are very responsive as well. Their place has stable internet connection and is close to the beach! Good for working remotely. Just make sure you rent a car/motorcycle to conveniently tour around the city. Had a wonderful stay in Mati and will definitely book with them again.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. We had a wonderful stay at her place! The space was spacious and perfect for our big group. We truly appreciated the host’s proactiveness and quick responses whenever we needed assistance. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed—from utensils and toiletries to drinking water—which made our stay very convenient. They even provided a mini karaoke, which was a fun bonus and made our nights even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a practical and comfortable stay. It's also a pet-friendly unit.
