Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

The stay was good, it was home away from home. Thanks to Mr Wasim for staying in touch and making the check in and check out process very smooth. Overall excellent but only one AC in two bedroom’s… I mean one AC in one bedroom and no AC in another one.. but flat was too good

The stay was fabulous, everything is provided as mentioned in the listing. Great for short or long stay and it has spacious with fantastic setting on the terrace. Pots are provided for cooking and the vibe of the total setting is amazing. Definitely will comeback to the stay going forward. Cheers..

House was easy to identify. It is exactly opposite to the Ankura Women and Children Hospital though you have to take a u-turn if you are in a vehicle. Inside the house you wouldn't feel the rush and noise from the highway. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but the traffic makes the journey long. House was clean and had the essentials. The manager, Mr Mushtaq, was responsive and didn't intrude into our privacy. He also agreed to an early check in. Must visit place: Al wadi restaurant and Shah Ghouse Final Verdict: We will certainly choose it again in our next visit.

We travelled for Some office work in group and our apartment stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Host was very much responsive and accommodated our requirements.

The place was beautiful and just as described on the site. Close to shopping and restaurants. everything was very close by. We picked the place so we could stay close to family. Place was dusty and bathrooms were not clean either when we arrived. But the owner responded quickly to our request and got the place deep cleaned. He was always available and very quick to respond. Very easy check-in and check out. We had a late flight and they were very accommodating with check in and check out process. We will chose this place again for our next stay.

This place is wonderful! The master bedroom suite on the first floor is definitely worth the price. The host is very responsive and pro-active. Kitchen and other amenities are very nice. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend this property. Great place to stay,

we had wonderful stay at Smriti's property. it was spacious, clean and had all the amenities listed. It had felt like a proper home and it looks exactly like in the photos. It's in the first floor with lift access. The building is quite old but the property inside, well maintained. The host was very responsive and helped us in extending our stay to few extra days when requested. The kitchen was well equipped with 4 burner stove, few utensils and a RO for drinking water. The location is near to most of the delicious serving restaurants, metro station and hospitals. There's a first aid kit available which I never got to see in any Airbnbs, very thoughtful of the host I would say. The maid everyday comes and cleans the house for no extra pay. The property is relatively new in the Airbnb and I got it for a decent price and finally, there's scope for improvement in terms of switches which took their own sweet time to function. A manageable limitation: To use washing machine before 10 am.

Its a great place for both long and short stays. Host is very responsive and helpful. Room and other shared spaces are clean. Main attraction is terrace which is very peaceful

I had an amazing stay at this flat! For the price I paid, it was absolutely worth it. The apartment was nice, calm, and perfect for my work during my 3-week stay. It was also conveniently located, making it easy to commute to main areas like Hitech City and excellent malls. The house was tidy, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place.

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

we had a great stay at the appartment. we travels with two small kids who really enjoyed the long walkway around the premisse and the playgroud, pool and tennis court. Roshnak was very helpfull and quick to respond. the appartment was pleasant and comfortable. the kitchen had all we needed. across the street was a mall with a few restaurtants, off which we tried a few (indian, italian, korean, sweets and coffee).
