penginapan yg nyaman, bersih, kolam renangnya juga bersih, peralatan masak & makan lengkap. definitely a great place to stay.

The place is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, Vega and Lonneke were incredibly welcoming. Lonneke took the time to show us around the villa, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos—spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. What made our stay even more special was Lonneke’s generosity—she provided us with food and snacks, even though it wasn’t part of the package. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly cared for. Lonneke made sure we had everything we needed, and her warmth made us feel like family.

A stunning and very relaxing Airbnb with a very helpful and friendly host! The breakfast each morning was always different, always delicious, and hand delivered by Rian! What a great place to rest and relax. Would highly recommend to those wanting to stay in a quieter location just outside the bigger city.

Sangat nyaman. Saya datang dengan keluarga dan mereka juga merasa sangat nyaman. Waktu malam kami sempat keluar untuk keliling jogja tapi saat di perjalanan kembali ternyata sebagian daerah mati listrik. Kami sudah was-was apabila penginapan ikut mati listrik. Saat sampai ternyata ada genset jadi listrik di penginapan tetap menyala. Sarapannya juga datang sesuai request (kami request lumayan pagi sekitar jam 6). Mas Barno sangat membantu dan menjelaskan semuanya. Tempatnya cocok untuk orang yang mencari keheningan. Hanya satu concern saja, pintu besar di bagian ujung kamar mandi yang menuju keluar cukup membuat kami kurang nyaman. Oh iya, kemarin waktu mau check out kami mendengar ada suara orang motong kayu di dekat situ. Mungkin sedang ada pembangunan. Overall sangat puas. Salam buat Chiko si kucing manja yang lucu!

Had a great stay at AB House. Arif was the perfect host and guide during our stay in Yogyakarta, his personal care and attention to detail made the trip even more special. The house was a really comfortable place to stay, and not far from the main tourist attractions. would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Yogyakarta

Meggie is one, if not the best, host I’ve ever had over 15+ years of travelling. She took care of everything, literally: driver, activities, meals, everything was perfect. And the villas are lovely! On top of it, we really enjoyed our chats with her. Should you stay in the Yogyakarta area, you will miss something special if you don’t stay at Meggie’s place. Trust me!

Quite neighborhood. Felt like I was in Bali. Everything was great.

Walaupun lokasinya cukup jauh dari pusat kota, tapi menurut saya aksesnya mudah dari jalan besar. Kalau dari bandara adisucipto lokasinya dekat sekali depan persis. Parkiran agak sempit untuk yang membawa mobil, namun cukup untuk menyimpan 1 mobil. Villa ini cukup nyaman dan akan lebih baik jika dilakukan deep clean di bagian tertentu. Namun villa dibersihkan setiap hari. Mas yang menjaga pun sangat helpful kepada kami. Fasilitas cukup lengkap untuk kami ber 7, bisa mencuci baju dan makan di villa. Dekat villa ada masjid bisa solat jumat dengan mudah. Ternyata kalau malam ga terlalu gelap karena dekat perumahan. Kolam renang cukup untuk anak anak bermain dan di bersihkan setiap hari. Overall harganya cukup murah untuk villa yg cukup besar ini.

Great house in a quiet street with lots of nice places nearby

The place was perfect for our little famil. lots of space, big swimming pool, and it can accommodate our Indonesian family and friends who came to visit us while we are in yogyakarta. Also the quick response from Ananda when we needed something made everything easier

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour en famille dans cette magnifique petite maison javanaise. La petite piscine était parfaite après une journée de visite. Le cadre est magnifique. Il est très facile de gagner les restaurant en taxi/grab.

Stayed at Uni's place for year-end holiday with my team. It was definitely our best decision. We had a batik workshop and also held our 2024 business review at such a cozy space, gave us a good memories ending this year. The cleanliness of the house was also top notch! And the cleaner himself was very helpful.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Nanie und Andre sind sehr tolle Gastgeber und helfen bei jedem Problem! Es ist eine gute und ruhige Lage in der Natur. Es gibt frische Früchte aus dem grossen Garten und hausgemachte Eiscreme, welche ich sehr empfehlen kann.

tempat yang nyaman untuk yg ingin liburan jauh dari kebisingan. meskipun tempatnya lumayan masuk tp banyak pusat perbelanjaan yg mudah di jangkau. terimakasih banyak untuk owner yg responsif dan ramah ..

I like to stay in mba Shinta’s villa because there’s a parking space for up to 4 suv car, the room was big enough and there’s a extra bed if you need for your kids! Thanks mba Shinta. And the exterior feels like in Bali. The place is in Bantul but near from Prawirotaman, so if you want to go get some Gelato from Tempo Gelato Prawirotaman just 9 mins, Jogja was so hot! Overall, I’m really enjoy to stay on Wabisabi villa!

you can swim and play billiard here, there is 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom so you can go with family and friends, and there is many room to gathering, you can see the sky while sunbathing too..

Pelayanan pemilik sangat bagus melayani dg baik, Villa sangat bersih , luar biasa deh pelayannya Hanya saja akses masuk nya , mungkin bisa di perbaiki dibuat akses jalan yg halus ya untuk kedepannya , krna kalau mau keluar malam gelap bgt dan jalanan rusak parah . Pelayanan bagus bgt dan bersih rumah bagus
